Apply for the Branson Christmas Craft Show

Thank you for considering our craft show. Branson Sports Club is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and proceeds from this event help fund local youth sports programs, equipment, and opportunities.

Handmade-Focused Event

We prioritize original, high-quality handmade work.

Vendor selection is based on originality, craftsmanship, product variety, inventory volume, professional display, and overall fit. We limit similar product types so shoppers enjoy a diverse holiday market.

Outside / No Electric 8' x 13'

$50 booth rental. Stand-up heaters provided.

Indoor / No Electric 10' x 10'

$75 booth rental. Includes open booth space.

Indoor / Electric 10' x 10'

$100 booth rental with electric access.

Endcap Booth 10' x 20'

$200 booth rental. Add electric for $25. Only 3 available.

Application & Review Process

Applications will be reviewed starting in March. Acceptances and booth assignments are sent in the order received. Please check your spam folder so you do not miss acceptance or non-acceptance emails.

Each vendor may request up to 3 indoor booths, for a total maximum size of 10' x 30', or 1 outdoor booth.

Payment & Donations

Only send payment after you have been officially accepted. Branson Sports Club accepts cash or check only and will never request credit card information.

Accepted vendors are required to donate 1-3 small items with a minimum total retail value of $25 for door prizes and public giveaways.

We are working hard to make this show feel special for vendors and shoppers.

Branson Sports Club is run by volunteers, and this event is part of how we support youth programs and bring the community together for the holidays.

Stone Castle lodging deal

Stone Castle Hotel & Conference Center has given our craft show vendors a great room-rate opportunity. Accepted vendors will receive the booking details so out-of-town makers can stay close to the event.

Be Featured

Radio roadshow opportunity

We plan to have a radio roadshow during the event. A small group of positive, prepared vendors from different business types may be selected for a chance to help promote their booth and the craft show.

Show Spirit

Creative holiday craft show T-shirt

We are planning a creative holiday craft show T-shirt, and vendors will be offered a special vendor deal. Choose your size on the application if you may want one.

Food & Drinks

Fully stocked concessions

Our concession stand will be stocked and open for the entire event, so vendors and shoppers can grab food, snacks, and drinks without leaving the building.

Community First

Volunteer-run nonprofit event

This show is organized by volunteers who care about our community. Every successful event helps keep Branson Sports Club active for local youth, families, and future community programs.

Before You Apply

A few important details for a smooth craft show weekend.

These notes help vendors know what to expect before they submit an application.

Handmade & curated variety

This is a handmade-focused event. We review product type, originality, quality, booth presentation, and category balance so shoppers have a diverse holiday market.

Booth setup expectations

Vendors should bring their own display pieces, table covers, signage, extension cords if approved for electric, and anything needed to keep the booth neat and safe for shoppers.

Stay for the full event

Vendors are expected to remain set up and open during the full public show hours. Early teardown is not allowed unless event staff approves it.

Taxes, permits & sales

Vendors are responsible for their own sales, payment methods, tax reporting, required permits, and compliance for the products they sell.

Marketing helps everyone

Accepted vendors will receive promotional materials. Sharing the event, vendor shoutout form, and Facebook event helps bring more shoppers for the whole market.

Communication matters

Please watch your email and spam folder after applying. Booth selection, payment confirmation, setup information, and vendor updates are sent by email.
