Vendor Policy

Craft Show Vendor Refund Policy

Please review this policy before submitting your vendor application and before sending payment after acceptance.

Full refunds are available for vendor cancellations received on or before September 1, 2026. After September 1, 2026, vendor cancellations are non-refundable so we have time to refill open booth spaces.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

How refunds work for accepted vendors.

Submitting an application does not reserve a booth. A booth is only held after Branson Sports Club accepts the vendor and receives payment.

Full Refund Deadline

Vendors may receive a full refund of paid booth fees if they cancel in writing on or before September 1, 2026.

After September 1

Booth fees are non-refundable after September 1, 2026 because booth maps, marketing, vendor counts, facility setup, and event planning are already in motion, and Branson Sports Club needs time to refill open vendor spaces.

How to Request

Refund requests must be emailed to info@bransonsportsclub.com with the vendor name, business name, phone number, and booth type. Please allow reasonable processing time for check refunds.

Facility, Booth & Event Terms

Important protections for the indoor facility and outdoor booths.

Booth Placement

Booth selection and placement may be adjusted by Branson Sports Club for safety, traffic flow, emergency access, doorways, concessions, electrical access, facility needs, weather, or operational reasons.

Outdoor Booths

Outdoor booths are subject to weather, wind, temperature, ground conditions, visibility, and site limitations. Outdoor electric is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Branson Sports Club. Weather, temperature, outdoor conditions, limited electric access, or lower-than-expected traffic do not create a refund or discount.

Vendor Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for displays, table coverings, signage, product safety, approved extension cords, weights or tie-downs when needed, permits, taxes, payment processing, and compliance for the products they sell.

No-Shows, Early Teardown & Rule Violations

No-shows, late cancellations after the refund deadline, early teardown, unsafe displays, unapproved product changes, selling items not represented on the application, or failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

Event Changes or Cancellation

Branson Sports Club may adjust setup times, booth access, parking, floor layout, event operations, or public hours when needed. If Branson Sports Club cancels the event entirely, paid vendor booth fees will be refunded or credited toward a future event when possible.

Booth Transfers

Vendors may not sell, transfer, trade, or share their booth with another business without written approval from Branson Sports Club.
