Use of This Website

By using this website, submitting a form, or registering for a Branson Sports Club event or program, you agree to provide accurate information and use the website for lawful purposes.

Event and Program Communication

Branson Sports Club may contact applicants, vendors, participants, parents, guardians, and community members about applications, registrations, payments, schedules, setup information, event reminders, and important updates related to the event or program they contacted us about.

Text Messaging Terms

By selecting a text message consent checkbox on a Branson Sports Club form, you agree to receive low-volume text messages from Branson Sports Club about the event or program connected to your submission. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

Applications and Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into an event, vendor market, class, or program. Branson Sports Club may review submissions for fit, space, safety, category balance, and event needs before confirming participation.

Branson Sports Club may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the website or participation in our events after updates means you accept the revised terms.
